The Mortgage and Home Ownership Primer will give you the knowledge you need to understand applying for a mortgage, and achieving housing ownership.

The purpose of this course is to make you an empowered consumer – with the tools and basic knowledge to go out into the market and purchase your first home.

We want you to be well informed about the process for achieving home ownership.

Home ownership could be a lot closer to reality than you think!

What makes this course different?

It’s made for Canadians by Canadians. You will find references to terminology and processes that are relevant to you.

We are not a lender. We do want to show you our Live to Own™  program though, and to invite you to purchase your home with our help.

But first, this course is to empower you to be effective in the Canadian housing market, whether you choose to use Live to Own™ or not.
